Book Condition:   Cover has minor edge and corner wear.  There is a gift inscription written on the blank page backing the front free endpaper and light pencil checks next to pre-text volume listing titles, otherwise  NO writing in the book.   There is a bookplate on the front free endpaper (instructions for its safe removal will be included).    Pages are clean and tight.  Binding is tight.

Dust Jacket Condition:  Dust jacket has some edge and corner wear and some chipping at the spine hinge ends.  There is a 2" closed tear at the upper front hinge

Dust Jacket Condition:  Dust jacket has very minor edge and corner wear or chipping at spine ends.  There is a tiny closed tear at the lower front.
