Book Condition:   Cover has some edge and corner wear.  There is a small gift inscription at the top of the inside cover, otherwise NO writing in the book.   Pages are clean and tight but age-browned.   There is a tiny "ding" on some of the side page edges when the book is closed.  Binding is tight. 

Dust Jacket Condition:  Dust jacket has some edge and corner wear and chipping at the spine ends.  There is 1" closed tear at the upper front and a small piece missing at the upper back hinge.  The spine is age-soiled.
