Book Condition:   Cover has minor edge and corner wear.   There is a name written on the front free endpaper, otherwise NO writing in the book. Pages are clean and tight, there is a bit of age-tanning along the page edges when the book is closed.  Binding is tight.

Dust Jacket Condition:  Dust jacket has minor edge and corner wear and chipping at the spine ends.  There is a light name written at the top of the inside front flap.

Book Condition:   Cover has almost NO edge and corner wear, beautiful color and texture.   There is writing on the pages backing the pre-text volume listing and backing the frontispiece and checkmarks next to three titles on the pre-text listing, otherwise NO writing in the book. There is a strange stain on the pages through about 130.  It is in the lower 3rd of the pages and about the size of a quarter-half dollar.  It is very light tan, then gets quite dark and then quite light again and varies in diameter.  The text can be read through it.  There is a slight scent of burn.  It makes me think that the book was laid open on a lamp, maybe?  Not sure what caused it.  It isn't a cigarette burn.  Binding is tight.

Dust Jacket Condition:  Dust jacket has edge and corner wear and chipping at the spine ends.  There is some creasing and a piece missing at the upper front.  There is old tape at the edges of the inside flaps (about 2" each).  There is a name written and some checkmarks on the front inside flap.
